CSD Services is a structural steel detailing firm with 35 years of experience in structural and architectural miscellaneous steel detailing. CSD Services started in Lubbock, TX as Callaway and Company in 1983. In 2006, Greg Callaway, President, re-located and restructured the company into CSD Services, Inc. and setup HQ in Friendswood, TX., a suburb of Houston. CSD Services uses the latest technology to provide accurate and timely drawings to our customers. Our dedicated, experienced staff is what makes CSD Services stand apart from other detailing firms. Greg Callaway

President

Greg began working in the steel industry at the age of 15 in the Mosher Steel Detailer Training Program and started his first detailing business at the age of 22 working out of his home. With an entrepreneur spirit, Greg opened up a steel detailing office in Lubbock, TX. in 1983. With over 40 years of experience, Greg is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of the structural steel industry. Greg enjoys bike riding, kayaking, fishing and spending time with his wife, 4 children and 6 grandchildren.

David Barajas

Vice-President of Operations

David is a native Texan, but raised in Madrid, Spain as a proud military brat of a US Air Force member. He has a Masters in Information Technology and was owner of a Tech Service Company before joining CSD in 2006. David enjoys physical fitness, fishing and supports the MS Society and the Alzheimers Assoc.

Kevin Adames

Vice-President of Production

Kevin has 13 years of detail structural design and drafting experience in the oil and gas industry, 5 of which were spent leading or managing drafting/design teams. Kevin received his degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is set to begin his master program in Operations and Project Management in September of 2018. He joined the team at CSD Services in May 2018 as a project manager. Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 3 children, coaching baseball, kayaking, hiking, fishing and swimming. Kevin loves to workout, hunt, golf, and he and his family are huge Disney fanatics with a Disney home base at the Polynesian

Kevin has 22 years experience in structural steel detailing and
has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Texas.

He is proficient in AutoCAD, drafting with manual tools and trained in 3D modeling software.

Kevin is very involved in his church and an active volunteer in his community.

Virginia Escobedo

Asst Project Manager

Virginia currently co-manages projects as an assistant to Greg Callaway. She has 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. She began her career in document control and is training to become a project manager. Virginia resides in Friendswood, TX with her two children, Malik & Mia

Bhavesh Gajjar (BG)

Sr. Structural Detailer/Checker

BG has over 20 years work experience in the structural engineering field. BG has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. He also received a Certificate in Elementary Structural Design from the University of Toronto. BG has successfully completed training courses in Tekla Structures, Supervisory Management, AutoCad-3D Modeling, Quality Control and ISO 9000, Quality Management and Network-Centered Computing. BG enjoys reading religious books and attending religious lectures, classes and events.

Arvin Martinez

Structural Detailer / Checker

Arvin has 6 years’ experience as a 3D Modeler/Detailer. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Bulacan State University Phillippines. Arvin enjoys computer games and is a basketball fan.

Lolit Gutierrez

Sr. Structural Detailer/Checker

Lolit has 28 years of experience in steel detailing and first began working for Callaway and Co in 2000. She has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and is proficient in SDS2 and AutoCAD. Lolit enjoys doing crafts with her twins, baking pastries and water color painting in her free time.

Jim Hogue

Sr. Checker

Jim recently joined CSD Services after a successful career in engineering and construction management and 2 retirements.

He began detailing structural steel in 1968 in Dallas then relocated to Houston in 1975 and spent the following three plus decades in the oil and gas and construction industry.

The diversity of project locations enabled him to experience the cultures of North and West Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, Asia and South America, among others.

In the early 1990’s, he retired and opened a structural steel detailing office and operated it successfully for fifteen years then returned to the world of O&G and Construction
Project/Engineering Managment until his 2nd retirement in 2015.

Jim's experience includes commercial, medical, education and infrastructure projects and he has managed specialty construction related activities such as logistical support,
ROW permitting, and compliance and classification activities related to offshore installations.

Jim is married with two daughters and two grandchildren, and when he is not on the dancefloor square dancing with his wife,
he competes in clay target shooting events.

Brooke Smalley

Asst Project Manager

Brooke joined CSD Services in 2014 as a document control specialist shortly after graduating from
Clear Springs High School and has recently been promoted to Assistant Project Manager.

Brooke is currently taking college classes to further develop her knowledge and experience.

When not working or studying, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family

Erin Martin

Document Control

Erin graduated from Friendswood HS and attended San Jacinto College before joining CSD with 12 years of Office/Admin experience.

While at home, she spends time with her family, two footed and four footed, and has eclectic tastes in a variety of diversions, including Art, Nature, Geology and Theology to name a few.

Patsy Callaway

Accounting/Human Resources

Patsy has over 40 years’ experience in accounting and 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. Experienced in Quickbooks and Peachtree software along with experience in all phases of accounting, insurance and legal documentation requirements for employees and business. Patsy enjoys gardening, sports and spending time with her family.

Fallyn Bugaj

Accounting Clerk

Fallyn has worked in the Maritime business for over 5 years then changed careers to work in Childcare as an Assistant Director/Director when she had her first child.

She has over 10 years of data entry experiences along with shipping and receiving and, other office related duties.

Her experience in Quickbooks and other Office Applications brought her to CSD Services to join the Accounting Dept.

In her free time she loves to spend time with family, she enjoys cooking, baking and gardening.
